75th winner of the Heisman Memorial Trophy as the Most Outstanding College Football Player in the United States for 2009.

Ingram’s victory, by only 28 points, was the narrowest in the history of the Heisman voting, edging out Bo Jackson’s 1985 win for the closest ever.

“I’m a little overwhelmed right now,” he said. “I’m just so excited to bring Alabama their first Heisman winner.”

Ingram rushed for a school-record 1,542 yards and scored 18 touchdowns.
